Uncle Bill's is one of the few classic diners remaining in the area. My two favorite dishes are the Ruben Sandwich and the Monte Cristo. The best feature of the decor is a large hand-painted mural of a panoramic view of a Greek village adding extra charm to the room. I always try to sit facing that picture.

Service a bit slow. Potatoes where seemed like they had been defrosted and cooked again. They gave us American cheese when we asked for cheddar then argued it was sliced cheddar. Order vegetarian but got meat on the omelette. We got 1 out of 2 orders right .

The food is not really good at all. And the staff is kind of rude. But it’s the only diner close to college point. One time my daughter had her own food and they were so rude about allowing her to eat her food there even though my husband and I were ordering our food we had to get up and leave or order our food and eat in front of our daughter and allow her to sit there and watch us eat. Ridiculous, I will never go back. They lost a long time customer.

Good food, generous portions, courteous & attentive staff. One of owners loudly talking across restaurant to other owner throughout our meal. If I understood Greek I could have participated in their conversation from my front booth with no problem. Very annoying.
